The resort needs to improve its hot water arrangement in the rooms.

Great experience! the location is amazing, perfect for a romantic escape. We enjoyed being surrounded by greenery and wildlife. the staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. the food was delicious and the accommodation was comfortable and spacious. A special mention for the safari arrangements, which were top-notch.
Hot water in the shower was limited, which was inconvenient given the time it took to get hot. the approach road to the hotel was not in the best condition.
